Sheila Colis

Sheila Colis was born and raised here in Edmonton, Alberta. She graduated from ACMT and is a registered member with NHPC. She specializes in deep tissue, swedish relaxation, sports, pre/post natal and hot stone therapy massage. With also a background in Social Work, Sheila finds purpose in helping clients achieve better quality life. Sheila's goals for her clients range from stress relief, tension reduction, pain management, improve joint mobility and overall self-care.
